FOW
I love this navy blue shirt, and salmon pink blazer. When I put this outfit together, I was going to wear a red blazer, but I decided to step outside the box. I chose the salmon pink blazer, well, because it’s my favorite and I think it looks good with navy blue. I chose the anchor necklace because I’ve always associated navy blue with anchors for obvious reasons. I really like this outfit because I’m comfortable, it’s versatile, and different. I could have easily stayed in the norm, and wore red, but I wanted to try something new.

Fit of the Week (FOW)
For those who know me, it is a known fact that I have a shoe fetish! I LOVE shoes!!! My favorite style is the wedge heel. For me, they are the most comfortable and are a lot easier to walk in. So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I’ve been dying to wear the wedges featured in the picture below. I have been looking for an orange pair of wedges, and I am too happy that I finally found what I was looking for. This particular color can be worn in the spring, summer and fall. I don’t think this is a winter color, but to each his or her own. These wedges have a mustard sole that can be seen at the peep-hole. I really like the color mustard, so that was definitely an added bonus. I love this outfit because I am completely comfortable, and it captures my personality.

I absolutely love olive-green. I think it looks wonderful against my skin tone. With that said, I try to wear it as often as possible. Olive green can be a very versatile color, and can be worn year around.
I am also a sucker for a unique neckline, and I love the way this one was created! Unique necklines add flare and minimize the need for a necklace.
The dress code at my job is very casual, but as I mentioned before, I take pride in my appearance. So, I go to work dressed for success. I will never know what opportunities may arise
