My two favorite things about this outfit is the skirt and heels. I love pencil skirts. I think they look exceptionally good on a woman who has some type of curves. So, needless to say, I really enjoy wearing this skirt. Now, I’ve been looking for these Jessica Simpson heels for some time now. I finally found them for a price I liked, so without any hesitation, I bought them.

I have really become quite the fan of maxi dresses and skirts, but I can’t seem to find a maxi dress that I truly like. Some of the maxi dresses I’ve tried on are too thin and show just about everything I own. Others weren’t flattering, or had ugly designs. However, I seem to have luck finding nice maxi skirts. The one below is definitely one of my favorites. It’s very festive, and paired quite nicely with the blue blouse. Since the skirt possesses so much spunk, I chose a black bag, belt and sandals. I picked these earrings because the design on them reminded me of the design on my skirt.

If we are friends on Facebook, then you would know that I’ve just uploaded a bunch of pictures from my trip to Chicago. Not to toot my own horn, but I was stylish while visiting the Windy City.

FOW (Late #2)
I know I was supposed to post this last week, but I wasn’t able to because I was travelling. The outfits I wore during my travels will be used in upcoming FOWs.
I am in no way a fan of the Kardashians, but Sears was having a great sale. I actually bought 2 pair of the Kardashian wide leg dress pants, one in black (see below) and the other in dark red. What I like best about this outfit is how everything flows, even my wild hair. I could have added a bright accent color, but I didn’t want to divert too much attention away from the sheer blouse. The blouse is the statement piece, so I downplayed my pants and accessories.
